The other feature set is far more involved, as it can assist you in counting calories, other workouts, and serve as the hub for data from other fitness apps. The story behind the story: Google Fit is clearly the future for the company’s foray into fitness tracking, as it recently picked up the same abilities as MyTracks. The app will stop working on April 30, though Google does say your data will be available to transfer after that date.

When exporting playlist tracks, each track in the playlist is exported while the others are muted. Registered users on can download files of their own activities and maps, from any trail page, and/or from other member's activities or maps. At least some of the data for Google MyTracks is stored at /data/data/.mytracks. Saved x tracks to /mnt/sdcard/MyTracks/gpx. but when I export all playlist tracks, the peak controller settings are ignored BUT it will include whatever settings I have on the master. But I have found a way to export the GPX data. All the momentum is clearly behind Google Fit, which now replicates these functions and is designed as a platform for fitness data from other services. Now all my tracks are separated on the playlist. The interface is more consistent with the Holo theme from Ice Cream Sandwich than the current trend of Material Design. A Google support page details how you can export your data, with the simplest option being to package it for Google Drive or send it directly to Google Fit if you want to try out the company’s newest take on fitness tracking. Those using Google’s original GPS-powered tracking app for mapping your run, hike, or bicycle journey will need to switch to another service since the app will stop working on April 30.
